Your Design Manager guides you through a structured and detailed process from the first consultation to the final review meeting, following an honest and consistent pricing system.
From design planning, materials selection, and construction with a vetted construction team, we bring back the fun into the remodeling experience.
Systematic and efficient process
This is a home that you and your family will be for a long time. We follow a meticulous and systematic remodeling process to ensure expectations and plans are communicated openly, without any ambiguity.
At the end of the project, your Design Manager will do a final review meeting for a final check, followed by A-Care, our 1-year limited warranty program.

Initial meeting
We'll invite you to a 90-minute meeting at our office to guide you through our remodeling process, discuss material options, and provide a cost estimate based on our standard pricing.

Open MyPeach app (coming soon)
Your dedicated Designer Manager will work with you and through the MyPeach app. You can communicate, access all project documents, and stay up-to-date on your design and construction journey through regular updates on the app.

Actual Measurement
We will obtain the original building plans from the Buildings Department and verify measurements on site. We will also thoroughly check and measure the site condition based on the planning meeting during the visit.

Design meetings
Select materials and fixtures (flooring, tiles, lighting, etc.) by reviewing the layout, materials plan, and 3D sketches, while collaborating on a running budget to meet your financial goals.

Final quotation
You will receive the preliminary quotation within 10 days of the first design meeting. The final quotation will be provided within 10 days after the final design meeting, at which point you will make a 40% deposit based on the final quotation.

Contract signing
If you are happy with the final quotation, we can move on to signing the contract and start the construction phase!

Construction
Construction commences beginning with demolition. Construction will take anywhere between 3-5 months with regular weekly updates from our team.

Final review meeting
Final inspection with the manager in charge. Apartmentary guarantees responsible finishing through the closing confirmation letter.

Documenting your new chapter
To commemorate the beginning of a new chapter, we’ll arrange a free photoshoot of your home and family to document this special moment.
